Issue of the Moment:Recently, our research group has gathered an incredible amount of data regarding ADA Title I complaints from three different sources: updated data from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission about ADA Title I charges filed as of 2/28/2002, 4,393 lawsuits filed in 16 federal district courts as of 3/31/2001, and a telephone survey of 535 individuals who filed Title I administrative charges and lawsuits. We are analyzing these data and will report on the results. Continue to check the web site for details.
